About Villa Loza

Villa Loza is a three-bedroom duplex with two kitchens and two bathrooms that can accommodate up to 6 persons. The first floor is composed of the kitchen the dining/sitting area,a bathroom, and two single beds. The second floor consists of one bedroom with a double bed, an additional kitchen with a dining/sitting area and another bathroom. Additionally, there is a loft area, accessed by solid wood stairs with a single bed and wardrobe. The sofe in the sitting area can be used to provide sleeping for two more guests. The house also features a lovely garden with BBQ facilities and an outdoor dining/sitting area, available for private use by the guests. The house is fully equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, including full kitchen equipment (like a dishwasher, an oven, kitchenware, a coffee machine, a toaster etc.), a washing machine, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, SAT/TV (TVs on both floors), BBQ facilities and a garden. Free private parking is available on-site.

Name & Location

The word "loza" in Croatian means grapevine. The grape variety, Mali Plavac, is indigenous to this region of the Mediterranean. A grapevine is considered a delicate thing requiring a great deal of care and attention. The reward is its fruit, and the wine it produces. Good wine plus good company creates many memorable summer evenings. You will find a wonderful selection of red and white wines in our wine cellar.
